Cardio Workout

Add an extra 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise into your workout routine today. Make it a goal to complete a total of 3 hours this week of cardio exercise.

All Premier Fitness Center locations are fully equipped with strength training equipment included circuit machines, selectorized machines, plate load machines, iso-lateral machines, functional-style training equipment, and tons of free weights.

Spend some extra time in the fitness center and start the week off on the right track. Let's see a goal to make it into the gym 4 days this week. If you normally workout 4 days a week, then we encourage you to make those days more intense in terms of resistance exercises or keeping your heart rate elevated throughout your cardio.

Low impact and easy on the joints, cardiovascular machines are great for burning lots of calories, increasing energy and stamina, and improving the function of the entire cardiovascular system including your heart, lungs, arteries and veins.

Cardiovascular exercise should be performed at least 3 times per week for a minimum of 20-minutes per session.
